Anne Wisbey has been doing Yoga for over 30 years and qualified as Solomon Yogalates Instructor in 2004. Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga (union of body mind and spirit and Pilates (rehabilitating power). It is a movement system which stretches and strengthens all major muscle groups. The Pause studio offers a fully equipped, safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to practice. All classes include breath work and movement with attention on postural alignment and inner strength.
